These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and Jago368 (hereinafter "jago368", "We", "Us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jago368 website at https://jago368.cam and all associated services, games, software, and features made available thereon.

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the jago368 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the jago368 platform.

These Terms apply to all players using jago368, including those accessing the platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia and internationally, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the jago368 website (https://jago368.cam), its mobile-optimised interface, and all related services, applications, and features.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered player account created by a User upon completing the jago368 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" — any individual who has registered an account on the jago368 platform and/or uses any of its services.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the monetary value held in a Player's jago368 account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, birthday reward, referral bonus, or other incentive awarded to a Player by jago368 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager (as a multiple of the bonus amount) before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity verification process required before a Player may complete their first withdrawal from the platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to jago368 is restricted due to applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform policy.
• "Sporting Event" — any sporting competition, league, match, or tournament on which jago368 offers betting markets, including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and international football.

To register and maintain an account on jago368, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Jago368 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts. This age restriction applies to all game types including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and crash games.
2. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by jago368's internal compliance framework.
4. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold player accounts.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of jago368 or any of its affiliated companies or game studio partners.
6. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jago368 or any affiliated platform.
7. You must not have previously been self-excluded via jago368's responsible gambling tools and not yet completed the reinstatement process.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jago368 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly should any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Jago368 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Jago368 reserves the right to refuse a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the eligibility criteria in Section 3 have not been met.

Jago368 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) for eligible accounts.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., payments made from an account not held by the registered jago368 Player — are strictly prohibited. Jago368 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably believes to have originated from a third party and to close the relevant account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated by jago368 from time to time. All deposit amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the Player has elected to operate a cryptocurrency account, in which case the account currency will be displayed accordingly.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Jago368 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX may take up to 60 minutes depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.

Jago368 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Such checks may delay processing beyond standard timeframes.

Jago368 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 depending on loyalty tier), referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral), cashback rewards, and the Brand Migration Program bonus (up to MYR 588).

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per eligible Player, per promotional period, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless the individual promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the bonus validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Jago368 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where jago368 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or engaging in risk-free matched betting with bonus funds — jago368 may void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the account.

All wagers placed on the jago368 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each game type or sporting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market prior to placing a wager.

In respect of sports betting, the following general provisions apply:

• All bets are accepted and settled at jago368's sole discretion in accordance with the applicable market rules.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the wager is accepted, subject to any palpable error (see below).
• Jago368 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed issue resulted in incorrect odds being displayed ("palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Jago368 is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced by the Player during live betting.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are accepted on eligible sporting events. Standard Mix Parlay rules apply: all selections must win for the bet to return a payout; a single losing selection voids the entire parlay.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football markets, match betting results are determined based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play, including injury time, unless the market rules specify otherwise.

For casino games, all game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Slot machine RTPs, house edge figures, and other game mechanics are governed by the game studio's certified specifications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jago368 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorised payment card use, or fraudulent withdrawal claims.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to jago368 immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, syndicated bonus abuse, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play.
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in the above prohibited activities.

Jago368 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold or void any associated winnings, and to report relevant matters to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

All content on the jago368 platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and game content, is the intellectual property of jago368 or its licensed third-party game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jago368 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software.
• Use any jago368 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website.

Any unauthorised use of jago368's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jago368, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications outages, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information, odds, statistics, or scores provided by third-party data feed providers integrated into the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Jago368 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the provision of services to Players. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account and using the jago368 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. This includes, without limitation, data collected for KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the provision of personalised promotions.

Jago368 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, game studios, and regulatory authorities is shared solely as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Jago368 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its members. The platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within the same cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent all login access for the duration of the exclusion period.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team regarding the closure of your account.

Where changes to these Terms materially affect your rights or obligations, jago368 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jago368 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jago368 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jago368's customer support team. The support team will acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to reach an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days.

Nothing in this clause affects statutory rights that may not be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.
